TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Nature of the Artwork: Every piece is a unique creation using the artist's proprietary heat-treatment and metallic leafing technique. Due to the elemental materials, the surface is inherently fragile and reactive. By purchasing, the collector acknowledges that natural oxidation and subtle material shifts are part of the artwork's evolving character.

2. Intellectual Property: All artistic concepts, techniques, and designs remain the sole intellectual property of Trixi Antal. The purchase of a physical artwork does not grant the owner rights to reproduce, copy, or commercially exploit the technique or the visual design.

3. Shipping & Individual Quotes: Due to the delicate nature of the artworks, shipping costs are calculated individually after the order is placed. I will contact the buyer via email with a precise shipping quote. The artwork will be dispatched only after the shipping method is agreed upon and paid.

4. Transfer of Risk & Liability: Responsibility for the physical integrity of the artwork passes to the buyer upon delivery. Trixi Antal is not liable for any damage (cracks, loss of particles, oxidation changes) resulting from improper handling, cleaning, relocation, or environmental exposure after the point of sale.

5. Custom Commissions: Custom-made artworks (Commissions) are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the production has started based on the agreed concept.

6. International Orders: For orders outside the European Union, the buyer is responsible for all local customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
